Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing expertise &
fulfillment of recruitment needs across the office in a timely manner - Identify appropriate resourcing solutions
depending on the nature of the role whilst maintaining our focus on direct
hiring and low-cost sourcing - Effective candidate management, vetting,
and reference checking - Ensure effective use of a number of
systems and tools, including the Applicant Tracking System - Ensure the offer and on-boarding process
is conducted accurately and smoothly with the relevant internal teams kept
up to date - Ensure the use of Psychometric assessments
are consistent and engaged - Conducting market mapping using a variety
of tools and actively approaching candidate - Production of timely and accurate reports
relating to recruitment activity and new joiners - Network with peers and other contacts in
the market to grow your personal brand and knowledge of the
sector/industry - Continuously looking for opportunities to
innovate and demonstrating best practice at all times
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The
Carlcare Service Limited Human Resource Officer must hold Bachelor’s degree in business related
course - Four
years’ experience in a similar role. - Ability
to work under pressure and with minimum supervision
