Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should preferably hold a
Bachelor’s degree or a higher diploma in hotel management from a reputable
hotel training institution. - At least three years experience in a
managerial position in a hospitality establishment offering similar
service, - Self-Confidence; analytical thinking, team
work and co-operation, computer literacy, organizational awareness,
concern for order, quality and accuracy, initiative, customer service,
orientation salesmanship, assertiveness,
team leadership, self control, organizational commitment,
interpersonal understanding, achievement orientation, values, ethical and
social sensitivity.
