Job Title:        Stores Assistant

1,605,200/= per month
About US:
Mbarara University of Science & Technology (MUST), commonly known
as Mbarara University, is a public university in Uganda. Mbarara University
commenced student intake and instruction in 1989. It is one of the eight public
universities and degree-awarding institutions in the country. MUST is
accredited by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·        
Tasked with receiving all items purchased by the
University;
·        
Issuing out items to user departments after
approval;
·        
Posting all receipts and issues in the
computerized system;
·        
Perform any other duties assigned from time to
time.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The ideal candidate must hold a Diploma in
Stores and Supplies Management, or Diploma in Accountancy, or Diploma in
Procurement.
·        
A minimum of two years of relevant work
experience;
·        
Computer literacy skills
