About US:
Mbarara University of Science & Technology (MUST), commonly known
as Mbarara University, is a public university in Uganda. Mbarara University
commenced student intake and instruction in 1989. It is one of the eight public
universities and degree-awarding institutions in the country. MUST is
accredited by the Uganda National Council for Higher Education.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·        
Tasked with receiving and handling incoming mail
and correspondences;
·        
All typing work for the Office;
·        
Receives telephone calls;
·        
Schedule appointments for the Head of Department
and update event calendars;
·        
Manage office supplies for the department;
·        
Ensure that the Office is well arranged and
organized;
·        
Perform any other duties assigned from time to
time.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The Personal Secretary should hold at least
Stage II Typewriting and Stage II Shorthand certificate
·        
Computer literacy skills
·        
A minimum of two years of relevant working
experience.
