Job Summary: The
Collaboration and Outreach Assistant will support learning, communications, and
knowledge management activities on this mission-support contract. We seek
innovation and highly motivated individuals to work on our team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support collaborating, learning, and
adapting (CLA) activities among USAID, implementing partners, and other
Ugandan stakeholders - Support the Learning team in facilitating
trainings - The jobholder will also finalize reports and
format content for learning events, e.g., webinars, PowerPoint, workshops,
etc. - Strengthen and add value to existing
practices and processes - Support other tasks as the Learning team
requests
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s
degree or higher in communication, journalism, international development,
or a related field - At least three years of experience in
communication, training and facilitation, and/or project coordination,
preferably in health sector - Prior experience in working with USAID
preferred - Excellent communications and interpersonal
skills - Fluency in written and spoken English
