About Compassion Project:
The Pastors of Kisengwe P.A.G in Kakumiro District, Kibuga P.A.G in
Kagadi District, Wilmafox Foundation Church in Kyenjojo, and Pentecostal
Churches of Uganda Kibyamirizi are committed to fulfilling the great commission
as mandated by our Lord Jesus Christ in Matthew 28:16-20. They are currently
working in partnership with Compassion International in the Ministry of
Nurturing Poor Children, and releasing them from poverty in Jesus name.

Job Summary: The Project
Director will serve as the team leader of the project staff. He /she is
expected to offer knowledge, guidance and technical skills to different
stakeholders in areas of holistic child development, project planning and
budgeting. He /she is to ensure that all programmatic financial and sponsor
service aspects of the project are managed efficiently and effectively. He/she
shall be an active minister in the local Church where s/he is posted.

BBA, SWASA, Community Psychology, Adult and Community Education, Development
Studies and other humanities
