Job Summary: The Support
Services Manager will oversee the development and implementation of systems for
management of activities in security, site maintenance, site new infrastructure
development, transport, cleaning services and districts health infrastructure
improvement to ensure effective and efficient delivery of organisational
activities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

The jobholder will manage the work of the Site
Engineer to ensure implementation of the maintenance activities for buildings,
equipment, site grounds, new site infrastructure developments and staff office
allocation for an effective and efficient service delivery.

Support the Fleet Management Coordinator in the
provision of adequate, timely and cost effective transport services to enable
an effective and efficient service delivery.

Oversee management and implementation of
security policies and procedures, for efficient and effective delivery of site
security services

Ensure the stores are effectively managed

Ensure all assets are insured and that
compensation claims as they relate to assets are followed up and honoured by
our Insurers.

services as they relate to the division.
