Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant should hold a Bachelor’s Degree
(Computer Science or similar)
·        
CCNP Certified with three years of field
experience
·        
Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP) or
higher-level Cisco certification
·        
Certification on Security Appliances like
Checkpoint, Fortinet etc is an added advantage
·        
At least three to four years of technical
experience in Network (such as IP, Ethernet, switching, routing, spanning tree,
Layer 2 / 3, etc.) and Data Center related experience
·        
Presentation and communication skills (written
and verbal)
·        
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office
including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Microsoft Visio Education
·        
In-depth knowledge of the following areas: Data
Center Products (Nexus 2k, 5k, 7k and NX-OS),
·        
In-depth knowledge on OSPF, BGP & OTV
technologies
·        
In-depth knowledge of Juniper Data Centre
Switches
·        
Advanced LAN/WAN design with extensive
troubleshooting capabilities
·        
Previous experience with the following products
is HIGHLY desirable: Cisco ASR1000, Nexus-OS, Nexus 2000, 3000, 5000, 7000,
9000
·        
Familiar with MDS, Nexus, ASR Router, VMware,
ESXi, Hyper-V
·        
Better knowledge in Data center Tier standards
·        
Deployment and configuration of TCP/IP, Routing
Protocols and several virtual private networks (VPN)
·        
Best practices on DC Upgrade or Technology
Migration
·        
Basic Knowledge in DC Cooling, Environmental
Monitoring, Inter Rack Cabling, Physical Security, etc.
·        
Design, Rack, Wire, and Implement
·        
Broad knowledge and understanding on with Copper
and Fiber Uplinks
·        
Experience in designing, architecting, planning
and implementing
·        
Ability to work under minimal supervision,
independently and/or as a member of a project team



·        
Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload
under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
·        
Ability to manage and escalate technical issues
to appropriate vendor support team
·        
Organizational, time-management, problem-solving
and follow-up skills
·        
Ability to oversee project work activities
·        
Ability to perform technical skills/knowledge
transfer to client
·        
Provide technical leadership for networking team
·        
Demonstrated knowledge of security best
practices in networking
