multi-purpose stadium in Kampala, Uganda. It is currently used mostly for
football matches, although other sports are also practiced. The stadium has a
capacity of 40,202 people. The stadium was built with a grant of $36 million
dollars from the People’s Republic of China. The 40,202 capacity sports complex
was built with a $36m Chinese government grant and opened in 1997.

Job Summary: The Sports
& Recreation Officer will develop, promote, support and coordinate sport
and recreation programmes and services for the benefit of the Stadium clientele
and community.

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Sports Science

Possession of a postgraduate training and or
qualification in management will be an added advantage
