Job Summary: The Quality
Assurance Assistant (Laboratory) will be responsible for working together with
the Quality Assistants and production supervisors to ensure that products are
analysed correctly and results communicated in time to minimise wastage and
rejection during the production process.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

To take responsibility for managing and
coordinating the work of the laboratory, ensuring that standards are followed
at all time;

Taking the lead to ensure that all samples
collected are delivered to the Laboratory for thorough analysis and review;

Carry out proper, correct and timely analysis
and testing of collected clay samples at all times.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
Degree/Diploma in Laboratory Technology, Civil Engineering Technology,
Materials Science or chemistry field from a recognized institution.

Experience in ceramic engineering, geology or
other earth science field is a plus.

characteristics of products, parameters and standards applied to Clay products
