Job Summary: The Programmer/Web
Developer will be responsible for designing, coding, and Modifying websites,
from layout to function and according to a client’s specifications. Strive to
create visually appealing sites that feature user friendly design and clear
navigation.

Web application design and programming using
languages such as word press, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and API’s.

Strongly understanding UI, Cross Browser
Compatibility, general web functions and standards.

Regularly attend meetings with business
Stakeholders and Executive management to present/promote designed
prototypes/ideas.

Maintain database/web security and data
integrity through the use of access codes and efficient password system.

websites/databases.

Qualifications, Skills and

The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s degree in
Information Technology, Computer Science, or any other related discipline.

Webmaster skills and an understanding of open
source Database systems.

Good knowledge at Expert level in the use and
implementation of open source Content Management Systems (CMS). One who from
day one can work with WordPress and its plugins, and one, who would be able to
build applets in styling scripting language such as JavaScript, and also
identify existing plugins and be able to modify these to achieve specific
objectives of a task at hand.
