Customer Financial Advisory Services will be responsible for developing and
implementing financial advisory services and literacy programmes for the Fund members
with the aim of improving the culture of saving and preparing members for
retirement.
Providing
technical and management guidance to the Customer Financial advisory Services
team in execution of their duties
Providing
leadership and direction to the Customer Financial Advisory Services team
In
charge of planning and organizing financial literacy programmes and
seminars for both Fund members and the general public
Providing
mentorship, coaching and motivation to the Customer Financial Advisory Services
team
Developing
and implementing strategy and annual work plans for the Customer Financial
Advisory Services team
Developing
and implementing training programme for staff involved in disseminating
information to clients- Trainer of Trainers
Providing
investment advice to Fund members with the aim of improving sustainability of
paid benefits
Tasked with dveloping and implementing retirement advisory services for Fund
members to enable them prepare better for retirement
Building
partnerships with relevant Financial Institutions in the provision of Financial
Literacy services
Sending
feedback to the Product Development and Management teams to aid rollout
of relevant products
Carrying out sensitizations for both members and employers with the aim of
improving the saving culture
Developing
standardized Financial Literacy and Investment advice training Material
to ensure consistency
In charge of mobilizing members from both the formal and informal sectors for the
aim of conducting literacy programmes
Undertake
customer segmentation with the aim of developing tailor made Financial Literacy
and advisory services
Tasked
with promoting Fund Values and best practices within the Customer Financial
Advisory Services team.
Experience:
The ideal candidate for the NSSF Supervisor-
Customer Financial Advisory Services career opportunity must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, business,
Actuarial science, Finance or any other related strong analytical field.
A minimum of three years’ experience in a Financial Literacy or Financial Advisory role
in a busy commercial environment.
