Job Summary: The
Administrative Assistant will support the logistics operations with a
particular focus on fleet, procurement and adequate stewardship of agency
resources (Assets). The jobholder will also implement and document Oxfam
standard procedures and practices of purchasing, and promote accountability of
resources and, facilitate provision of HR, administrative and other support
