Job Summary: The Human
Resources Manager will support the Business in attaining its strategic
objectives through the attraction, development and retention of talent. The
jobholder will facilitate a conducive working environment that will foster
employee productivity that is supported and aligned to the legal framework.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications, Skills and

The applicant should preferably hold a Master’s
Degree in Human Resources Management or Industrial psychology or Administrative
or related field.

A minimum of six years’ experience in all
aspects of Human Resources Management (i.e. Recruitment, Training and
Development, Management, Administration, Compensation and Benefits,
Legislation), four of which in Senior or Managerial role in HRM of a similar
corporate setting.
