Job Summary: The Human
Capital Manager will oversee the people agenda, policies and procedures and
offer support in enhancing organisational culture that yields productivity
among Movit Products Limited employees.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop annual work plans to drive the
achievement of the company’s strategic objectives through its human resources
Develop, review and update human resource
policies and procedures in line with regulatory and professional standards to
guide all human resource management processes
Lead the process of recruitment, selection and
onboarding of key talent for the business in line policy and best practice to
meet the human resource needs for all the company’s directorates
The jobholder will also drive organisation
development initiatives to ensure that the structures consistently support
strategic objectives and lead the change management process for ownership
Drive employee relations initiatives by
providing advisory service to functional heads and supervisors on employee
relations matters to ensure their effective management and handling escalated
Coordinate the leave management process to
ensure that the company is compliant with statutory and professional standards
while maintaining capacity to deliver on its operations.
Ensure that the Human Resource Management
Information systems is maintained with up to date and accurate information.
Manage staff medical scheme.
Manage staff welfare
Manage staff records and filling
Conduct HC people agenda surveys
Manage payroll
Carry out all HR administrative functions as
required by the office

Qualifications, Skills and
The ideal candidate should hold a Postgraduate
qualification in Human Resource Management
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources
Management or Industrial Psychology.
Qualification in CIPD will be added advantage.
A minimum of five years’ experience in general
Human Resource administration / practice in a busy business environment.
Enrolled member in the Human Resources Managers
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the
present employment legislation, payroll management and ERP software
Advanced computer literacy skills (word, excel
and power point) with the ability to do analysis of data and generate reports.
Knowledge on change management; excellent
analytical and strategic skills along with business acumen consulting skills.
Excellent leadership, supervisory, team
building, problem solving , budgeting and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to
prioritize work, excellent organizational skills, and initiative to improve
