Job Summary: The Head of
Business Management will provide
leadership in the management of the Bank’s business functions covering
Corporate and Personal Banking relationships. Manage and grow bank assets and
liabilities, network and establish the framework for cross selling of financial
products and services to existing and new customers through the Bank’s channels
with a view to improving share of wallet for the Bank.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Management and growth of the Bank’s Personal and
Corporate business in terms of customer numbers, target markets, product
offering, revenue generation and cost management.

Working with the team to achieve sales &
service through in-branch business development activities (Business planning
and growth (deposits and lending) as well as customer growth and retention,
effective Banking Hall management and providing feedback to the team.

(policies, processes, procedures and tools) that facilitate achievement of

business incorporating credit, operations and portfolio risk. Monitor and manage

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The applicant must hold a University degree or
equivalent in a Business related area.

Professional qualifications in Banking, Finance
and Accounting is an added advantage.

At least ten years’ experience in Banking with
four years in a senior business development role within the financial services
