Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Front office operations:
Ensure all visitors are attended to as
Coordinate visitor office movement      
The jobholder will ensure company mailbag
operations are as required.      
Manage the company telephone system.      
The jobholder will also coordinate supplier
delivery and payments.      
Receive and distribute all company mails to
respective persons.      
Tasked with petty cash management
Permits and licenses:
Timely renewal of company permits, licenses and
Zero penalties.  
Office safety and security:
Tasked with the provision of safety equipment to
all staff      
Ensure a functional office alarm system. 
Customer Relationship:
Conduct telephone and email sales.      
Lead generation to CM for closure.      
Build and maintain a cordial business
relationship with clients.      
Client update through DSR as required      
Send periodic updates to clients on legislative
changes affecting their imports  
Travel Duties:
Ensure all travels are done on time – ticketing,
accommodation & travel allowance.      
Adhere to set travel budget  
Procurement Duties:
Ensure company procurement needs are met.      
Adhere to set budgets.     
Work closely with the legal and credit control
on all contractual terms. 
 Reports: Tasked with the
submission of weekly and monthly administrative & procurement reports     
Others: Perform any other duty assigned by your supervisor.        
Key Performance Indicators:
Ensure the office is clean and presentable
Ensure compliance to legal requirement.
Zero customer complaints Zero penalties

Qualifications, Skills and
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Diploma
or Certificate in business administration or management.
Possession of professional qualifications in
Shipping, Supply Chain, Logistics or Maritime Management is an added advantage
At least two years of relevant experience.
Extensive knowledge in shipping & logistics
an added advantage.  
Computer literacy skills i.e. proficiency in Ms.
Word & Excel workbooks.
Excellent communication written and verbal.
Good team player
High integrity
Ability to work with minimal supervision
