community better merged with a multi conglomerate company in Mauritius called

Perform physical audits within the production
lines, storage facilities to ensure they are operating within food safety
management system / HACCP and our company standards as it relates to food
safety and quality.
Ensure quality specifications (food safety,
product quality), and department safety targets are met or exceeded and
investigate ways to continually improve upon these measurements.
Manage the QC department to ensure the
production of consistently wholesome, high-quality products that meet or exceed
Customer and Regulatory requirements
Work in liaison with the Production Departments,
regulatory Quality Execution Organization e.g. UNBS and other Quality Assurance
Organization to strengthen the quality process within the facility.
Train new team members in food safety, personal
safety, GMPs, CCPs, and sanitation requirements.
Lead the Quality programs, processes, and
systems to ensure that plant performance meets and/or exceeds company-wide
expectations.
Experience:
The applicant should preferably hold a diploma
in food processing technology
Prior experience in a similar position is desired
Flexibility to work long hours and on weekends
Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure
environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
