Job Summary: The Field
Manager should be a Certified Seed Inspector and able to integrate into the
existing leadership team and deliver results in a multicultural environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of the Seed Inspectors and what they
inspect – preparation of detailed workplans and travel logistics/cash flow
projections to ensure adequate allocation of human, financial and physical
resources to complete all tasks on time.

Be proactive in relationships with partners

Manage customer satisfaction, and ensure timely
and diplomatic communication with seed companies to optimise successful
remedial action to address any difficulties.
