Supervisor

Officer – Front Desk is mainly responsible
for the management of all NSSF real estate properties, land, and for ensuring
effective and efficient service delivery to the tenants, landlords and staff
Perform front desk administrative duties and
offer good customer care services to both internal clients
Work closely with security personnel on control
of access and adhering to security procedures
Provide general help desk services
Receive and direct visitors
Update and maintain a front desk visitor’s
register
The jobholder will deliver internal mail and
personal documents services
Offer prompt and efficient customer service to
the visitors and other users coming in and out of the building
If in doubt, contact appropriate person to
announce visitor and determine if they expect visitors
The incumbent will ensure that the reception
desk is clean and not cluttered
Project a positive attitude while dealing with
visitors into the building, even the difficult ones
Promote a good corporate image by being
courteous and knowledgeable about the Fund values and core activities
Maintain customer satisfaction of those coming
to the building to promote positive word of mouth
Receive and resolve any complaints from visitors
or users of the building
The jobholder will receive feedback from users
or visitors of the building to improve services
May be requested to manage contracts by service
providers.
Perform any other duties as assigned in line
with the job description
Experience:
The ideal candidate for the NSSF Estates
Supervisor job opportunity must hold an Honors Bachelor’s Degree in any of the
following Disciplines: Leisure and Hospitality Management, or Public Relations,
or Office Management, or Hotel Management/ Institutional Catering, or
Communication Studies or from a recognized Institution or any other Business
related degree.
A minimum of two years of related experience in
a similar position.
Customer care, communication and public
relations skills
Articulate, cordial, hospitable and pleasant
personality
Good telephone etiquette
Good people management and interpersonal skills
