Job Summary: The Compliance
Supervisor will assist the Compliance Manager to implement MPL risk management
framework through compliance and other risk management processes.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Plan, direct, coordinate, administer and
supervises the activities of the Compliance Team

Ensure internal control systems are followed per
the compliance check list in all business operations & departments

Thoroughly review salesmen reports in timely
manner.

Follow up on the accountability report for all
company pretty cash transactions

Carry out company compliance risk assessments/
field investigations for all business operations and departments

Promote a culture of compliance management and

Ensuring timely completion of compliance
activities e.g review of creditors, debtors, Ensure the pretty cash
transactions are reviewed in both ERP system and physical documents for
compliance with procedures on a daily basis.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s
Degree (honors) in Finance/Accounting or in any other business related courses
from a recognized university
