Development Manager will mainly be responsible for a new business development
and for the full sales cycle across a portfolio of key and core prospects in
Guarding & Technical Department
Formulate a growth strategy focused on both
financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and
customer needs
Prepare sales contracts by ensuring adherence to
establish rules and guidelines
Building long-term relationships with major
accounts and ensuring opportunities are best explored and solutions are delivered
to the customer
Arrange business meetings with perspective
clients
Provide a trustworthy feedback and after sales
support
Experience:
The candidate should preferably hold a
bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with specialization in Marketing
and or related field.
Possession of post graduate diploma in Marketing
Management is an added advantage
At least five years’ experience in physical
security management and or as operations manager guarding in a reputable security
firm.
