Job Summary: The Bursar will
oversee the finance and accounting function of the Institute and account for
resources.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Overseeing
management of Income, expenditure, stores, assets and administration of staff
in the Finance department of the Institute.

Keenly
review and implement financial and accounting management information procedures
and policies of the Institute and ensure compliance.

jobholder will also prepare, coordinate and monitor the implementation of the
Institute budget.

with the maintenance of sound financial accounting systems, records keeping and

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The prospective employee should preferably hold
a Bachelor of Commerce, Business Administration degree both with Accounting
option or Finance and Accounting degree with a full professional accounting
qualifications such as CPA or ACCA, CIMA.
