Responsibilities:
In charge of presenting, promoting and selling
products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of
existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
Establishing, developing and maintaining
positive business and customer relationships.
Forwarding customer leads to the Sales
Administrator for effective follow up.
Expediting the resolution of customer problems
and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
Achieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomes
within schedule as stipulated in the Sales Management Plan.
Coordinating sales efforts with team members and
other departments.
Tasked with analysing the territory/market’s
potential, track sales and status reports.
Submitting to management, reports on customer
needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new
products and services.
Stay abreast with industry best practices and
promotional trends.
Submission of a daily, weekly and monthly Sales
reports to the Sales Administrator with a copy to the Sales and Customer
relations Manager.
Performing other duties as may become necessary
for the smoothing running of the Organisation as a whole.
Experience:
The applicant should preferably hold a Diploma
in a related field of study
One year of experience in sales for a reputable
organisation.
