Job Summary: The Regional
Mobile Money Coordinator will be charged with the overall management and
delivery of Mobile Money Sales function within a defined region. He/she will be
involved in the management of Area Reps, Trade Development Reps, and other
direct and indirect teams operating in the regions
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
·        
The jobholder will prospect and grow Mobile
Money penetration in the identified channel or segment
·        
Manage the relationship with all partners in the
identified segment and ensure that MTN MoMo dominates in the segment
·        
Responsible for growing subscribers, agents,
merchants, and transaction volume and value targets associated with the channel
·        
Formulate and implement channel plan
·        
Manage customer complaints emanating from the
channel and ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner
·        
Ensure MoMo brand visibility in the channel
·        
Provide weekly and monthly report on the
segment/channel performance



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·        
The ideal candidate for the MTN Uganda Regional
Mobile Money Coordinator job placement should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
Commerce or related field
·        
A minimum of two years’ experience in sales or
business development function
·        
Prior experience in the telecom industry and
Mobile Money will be an added advantage
·        
Training  in Distribution Network Management is desired
·        
At least two years of driving experience with a
clean valid driving permit
·        
Proficient with MS Office application especially
Excel and Power Point
·        
Strong analytical skills.
·        
Creative and Observant.
·        
Ability to meet deadlines.
·        
Ability to take personal initiative.
·        
Self-motivated.
·        
Decisive.
·        
Independent but a Team Player.
·        
Customer oriented.
·        
Alert to environment changes and trends.
