Job Summary: The Sales
Supervisor will manage the sales activities of the sales representatives.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading, directing and motivating the sales team
assigned to ensure that the set targets are meet.
Ensure that the set sales strategies are being
Identify and generate new sales opportunities in
the assigned area.
Handle customer issues, resolution and
communicate escalated issues to the office of the National Sales Manager.
The incumbent will evaluate the performance of
the assigned sale representatives.
Mentor, train and coach the assigned sales
representatives on key sales skills.
Follow up on the given debts and the payment
Manage the key administrative operational
challenges of the sales representatives in the field.

Qualifications, Skills and
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business Administration.
High level of flexibility in terms of working
times and travels.
High levels of stress management.
Excellent leadership skills.
High Level of integrity
Customer Service, Client Relationships, and
negotiating skills
Excellent Product Knowledge
