Job Summary: The
Information/Communications Specialist manages external and internal
communications and promotes a positive public image and control the
dissemination of information on behalf of the project.

Key Duties and
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Develop effective communication
strategies. - Organize initiatives and plan events or press
conferences. - Solicit information for success stories
from partners. Draft and/or edit success
stories with appropriate photographs - Develop media materials, including videos
and social media products - Assist in communication of strategies or
messages from senior leadership.
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The applicant should at least have five years
of experience as a communications specialist or in a related role. - Previous exposure and experience in
corporate communications and project management. - Excellent verbal and written English
communication skills. - Experience in a variety of print and web
media publications. - Excellent editing, formatting, and
research skills. - Ability to work individually and as part
of a team. - Ability to coordinate multiple assignments
and meet deadlines. - Experience with USAID or donor programs.
- Experience with Clean Energy
