loans to individuals in the East African region. They are a leading Regional Micro
Finance Company providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Eastern
Africa with a branch network in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. Platinum Credit (U)
Ltd has introduced a new product available to formally employed persons working
in the Private Sector.
Manager will support Platinum Credit (U) Ltd by taking overall responsibility
for all training and educational activities.
Responsibilities:
- Tasked with training needs analysis.
- In charge of course and Curricula
development. - Responsible for conducting training.
- Tasked with training of trainers.
- In charge of monitoring and controlling of
training in the organisation. - Monitoring and controlling coaching and
mentoring in the organisation. - Formulating and implementing training
strategies.
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Bachelor’s
degree in a business related field from a recognized University. - Possession of a Master’s degree in a
related field will be an added advantage. - At least five years of related experience
in a similar position. - Computer knowledge.
- Must possess leadership and supervisory
skills. - Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. - Training areas: Selling Skills,
Communication Skills, Personal Development (Soft skills) and Team Building
facilitation.
