Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicants for the Team Leader / Programme
Director job should possess ten or more years of experience in Programme
management
·        
A minimum of ten years’ experience as a team
leader for delivery of complex Programmes
·        
Five years’ experience working with developing
country governments, managing stakeholder relationships
·        
Previous experience leading high-performing
teams in projects and programs involving the following sectors: urban
development Electric Energy, Climate and Environment, and Infrastructure
Investment sectors.
