Service Officer will primarily respond to a variety of customer requests and
inquiries via the telephone or in person over the counter; these include
enquiries about banking products and services such as loans, savings, money
transfer and insurance.
Responsibilities:
The jobholder will receive and respond to
customer service account inquiries on account balances, transaction details,
statements and fees and charges.
Receive and respond to clients and guest
enquiries professionally and ensure they receive the necessary assistance when they
visit the reception.
Open new accounts/Closing accounts
Alterations to existing savings, accounts and
handling cash transactions and cash balancing
Promote bank products, services and Identify
customer needs
Refer customers to appropriate banking services
and representative
Perform any other duty that may assigned
Experience:
The applicant must at least hold a Diploma in
Business related field
One to two years of experience preferably in
Microfinance or Banking industry.
