foundation “Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung” (HRNS), a not-for-profit organization
established in 2005. With the objective of promoting sustainable development,
HRNS implements hands-on projects to improve working and living conditions of
small-scale coffee farmers. Its activities concentrate on the economic and
social development of producer communities by enhancing their competitiveness,
forming and strengthening farmer organizations, creating better market linkages
and promoting access to important support services, while at the same time
promoting sustainable coffee farming and long-term use of natural resources.
Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Africa is implementing a new project in the districts
of Kibale, Kiboga and Kakumiro.
Responsibilities:
The Secretary will provide Secretarial and
administrative support to Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Africa’s field office.
Tasked with managing petty cash and bookkeeping
Assisting the M&E/Database Officer in data
management.
Experience:
Applicants with secretarial qualifications are preferred
but experience will be considered.
At least five years of related work experience
Possess good secretarial skills and basic
accounting skills
Computer literacy skills
Fluent in English
