Job Summary: The Research
and Development Officer will work in liaison with the quality, marketing and
production teams in planning, initiating product development strategies,
testing and application of finished products, improving on already existing
products and research on clay products to come up with new product design that
meets the customer requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:

The Research and Development Officer must
possess a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Physics, Chemical Engineering or
Ceramics.
