Manager will be tasked with co-ordinating Programme activities across the
country. The jobholder will also provide support in programme monitoring and
evaluation.
Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Masters
degree in Human Nutrition, Public Health Nutrition, Food security and any other
related fields.
Possession of a Postgraduate diploma in Project
Planning is an added advantage.
A minimum of five years of related experience in
health and Nutrition programming in a developing country.
Effective leadership, interpersonal and
communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to command respect and to
create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
Conversant with report writing of Programme
activities.
Sound business case devolopment and approvals
skills
Extensive knowledge in proposal writing
especially UN agency requirement.
Good knowledge of programme and project
management methods.
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource
allocation procedures
Sufficient seniority and credibility to adverse
project teams on their projects in relation to the programme.
