Responsibilities:
The jobholder will ensure the assigned project
is implemented in line with project output and outcome targets/objectives,
donor budgets and guidelines.
Build and strengthen relationships with key
stakeholders at the national, district, and sub-district levels relevant to
project delivery.
Carry out good practice and impact case story
documentation and share with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Experience:
The applicant for the VSO Programme Officer
Resilience job opportunity should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a
related field i.e. environment, agriculture or equivalent experience
At least three years of relevant experience in
project management
Previous experience in resilience related
projects
Demonstrated success at project workplan
development and monitoring; partnership development and management
Understanding of Karamojong culture, language
and geography will be an advantage
Hands-on experience gained within a volunteering
