Operations
with the mission of demonstrating the love of Christ to people affected by
disaster, conflict and poverty. They provide humanitarian aid to people in need
regardless of a person’s religious background, affiliation or experience.
Responsibilities:
- Achieves operational objectives by
contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and
reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing ,
productivity, quality, resolving problems; - Tasked with participating in external and
internal audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements;
implementing change. - Meets financial objectives by forecasting
requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
analyzing variances; initiating corrective action. - Accomplishes human resource objectives by
recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching,
counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations;
planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;
planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and
procedures.
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Master’s degree
in health service management, Public Health, Public Administration. Degree
in Health related field - Registered with a professional body.
- At least four years of progressive
experience in managing multi donor projects. - Previous management experience.
- Experience in proposal writing.
