Medical Teams International is an international Christian Organization
with the mission of demonstrating the love of Christ to people affected by
disaster, conflict and poverty. They provide humanitarian aid to people in need
regardless of a person’s religious background, affiliation or experience.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
  • Achieves operational objectives by
    contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and
    reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing ,
    productivity, quality, resolving problems;
  • Tasked with participating in external and
    internal audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements;
    implementing change.
  • Meets financial objectives by forecasting
    requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
    analyzing variances; initiating corrective action.
  • Accomplishes human resource objectives by
    recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, coaching,
    counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations;
    planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions;
    planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and
    procedures.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
  • The applicant must hold a Master’s degree
    in health service management, Public Health, Public Administration. Degree
    in Health related field
  • Registered with a professional body.
  • At least four years of progressive
    experience in managing multi donor projects.
  • Previous management experience.
  • Experience in proposal writing.
