quality of life, and advance resource sustainability.
will provide administrative and logistical support to the Director of the
Program. The assistant will also support areas like human resources, basic IT
items, and coordinate with office vendors and support events, as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Director of the project and
members of the team in the program planning and implementation. - As directed, may gather information on
topics related to the program. - Assist development of presentations,
briefing papers, handouts, etc. - Assist team members by maintaining
calendars, receiving and composing communications as correspondence, and
replies to inquiries. - Handle preparations, scheduling,
logistics, and other various requirements for travel. - Write routine reports and correspondence,
and assist with the development of project/program materials. - Organize meetings and events; and
facilitate travel arrangements. - Maintain program data and organize
filings. - Performs other related duties as required.
- A minimum of three to five years of
experience in similar role. - Applicant with previous work experience
for USAID funded programs have an added advantage - Ability to working independently with
minimal supervision. - Ability to learn on the job and prioritize
and balance multiple assignments and deadlines. - Previous experience with Energy projects
preferred. - Ability to gather data, compile
information and prepare reports. - Excellent computer software skills in MS
Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Acrobat.
