Job Summary: The Print
Executive is the primary contact between our organization and its clients;
answering queries, offering advice, introducing new products and approaching
potential customers with the aim of winning hew business. Customers include
individuals, businesses, government and non government organizations.
Key Duties and
Responsibilities:  
·        
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and
organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets
and other trade factors.
·        
Maintain and develop relationships with existing
customers
·        
Adjust content of sales presentations by gaining
a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements and presenting
appropriately to make a sale.
·        
Negotiate price, costs, delivery and
specifications with customers, challenging any objections with a view to
getting the customer to buy
·        
Keep management informed by submitting activity
and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly
and annual territory analyses.
·        
Monitor and evaluate competitors by gathering
current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery
schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
·        
Advise clients on forthcoming product
developments and discuss special promotions.
·        
Resolve customer complaints by investigating
problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to
management.
·        
Create detailed proposal documents, often as
part of a formal bidding process
·        
Provide records of customer sales and order
information and distribute this information to the relevant parties in a timely
manner
·        
Attending team meetings and sharing best
practice with colleagues together with future buying trends
·        
Maintain professional and technical knowledge
both about the product and the trends by attending educational workshops;
reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks;
participating in professional societies.



Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Achieving Sales Targets:
·        
Search for and cultivate relationships with
customers who are more likely to purchase your product.
·        
Focus on identifying target customers and
getting quality sales referrals from existing customers.
·        
Allot a specific amount of time to look for new
business opportunities whether it’s within a current account or a completely
new company
·        
Anticipate questions, concerns and future issues
concerning the products and services we provide and providing quick solutions     
Relationship Management:
·        
Provide excellent customer service consistently
·        
Resolve customer complaints by investigating
problems
·        
Find creative ways to keep your name in your
prospect’s mind. This can include use of social media, email, networking,
drop-by calls, etc.         
Identifying Needs Accuracy:
·        
Develop a personal sales script using language
and marketing collateral you are comfortable with to introduce new clients to
products or services.
·        
Give customers your undivided attention and
focus on meeting their needs rather than “selling” anything.       
Team Management & People Development:
·        
Break down the annual goal into quarterly,
monthly and weekly goals. Challenge yourself and your team to meet the weekly
goal
·        
Have a sales activities target plan
·        
Brainstorm with team members about new
industries they can target for our products.         
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The ideal candidate should at least hold a
Diploma in a relevant discipline
·        
At least three years’ experience in the industry
·        
Good report writing skills
