Responsibilities:
The jobholder will manage and maintain the
Director’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
Update the Sales Director on the status of
important corporate clients
Keenly monitor, screen, respond to and
distribute incoming communications
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Sales
Director’s office
Schedule meetings and appointments for the Sales
Director
Receive, interact and give the required guidance
to visitors to ensure quality customer service
Offer technical support to the Sales Director in
handling all Sales related matters including welfare and performance management
of the sales team to ensure a motivated work force
Experience:
The ideal candidate should preferably hold a Bachelor’s
Degree in Business administration, Office management, Secretarial studies or
equivalent from a reputable University
At least six years of relevant Personal
Assistant and administration experience
Extensive knowledge of standard office
administrative practices and procedures
Experience working with an FMCG is an added
advantage
