its founding member is the Radio Maria Association in Italy. All the Radio
Maria Associations throughout the five continents are members of the World
Family which guarantees brand authenticity, offers legal, technical,
administrative assistance and the missionary development of the project.
Co-ordinator will manage the complete operations of the organisation in
accordance with the established structures, policies and guidelines; carry-out management
functions aimed at implementing and meeting Board decisions and targets,
respectively; solicit advice and guidance, as appropriate, from the Board of
Directors. Execute all Board decisions concerning the strategic and any other
subsequent or accompanying plans; co-ordinate the operations of Radio Maria
Uganda (RMU), including but not limited to the Human Resource Management and
Administration as well as the Promotional, Technical and Networking activities.
Experience:
The ideal candidate must hold a Bachelor’s
degree from a recognised institution; a postgraduate qualification in
Management and Administration or any other related field will be an added
advantage.
The applicant must be a person who firmly
believes in the Radio Maria project, understanding its unique Mission and
Vision; ready to serve the institution diligently and faithfully; ready to
contribute to it success and, to promote and protect its interests while
portraying the highest standard of conduct as per the policies in place and the
industry’s best practices.
At least five years of experience in project
support and co-ordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer literacy skills and ready to use modern
methods of communication such as websites.
