Since when we started, ‘RIHAM’ the brand name of the company had been established
& promoted for all our products, as of now the name RIHAM speaks for itself
in Uganda.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting and
profitable relationships with a portfolio of major clients
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer
needs and requirements and operate as the lead point of contact for any and all
matters specific to key accounts.
The jobholder will develop and expand trusted
advisor relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing
solutions that meet their needs
Ensure the correct products are delivered to
customers in a timely manner
Play an integral part in generating new sales
that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Carry out market surveys; develop new business
with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales
quotas
Forecast, track and prepare periodic reports on
status of account using key account metrics
Manage and develop the key accounts team
(training, coaching and mentoring)
Experience:
The ideal candidate for the Key Accounts Manager
job should preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field
At least three years of cumulative experience
managing key accounts.
Previous experience in Account or Relationship
Management
Experience working with an FMCG is an added
advantage
