organization implements integrated development approach combining Education,
Health, Agriculture, Livestock, Adolescent Empowerment and Microfinance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:  
·        
Implementation of Reading glasses project at all
branches and at CHP Level
·        
Work closely with Regional, Area & branch
level staff to ensure quality and successful  implementation of the project
·        
Develop Successful marketing activities throughout
the year to support CHP Work & sales.
·        
Build CHP’s capacities for successful screening
& sale of glasses.
·        
Work closely with the supply chain team for
seamless placement, production & dispatch of orders.
·        
Prepare monthly and quarterly progress reports
on the project progress.
·        
Uphold the health ethical values at all times.



Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
·        
The applicant for the BRAC International Project
Supervisor job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a business related
preferably marketing.
·        
At least two years’ experience in marketing
health products and community work.
·        
Ability to work independently as well as in a
team setting.
·        
Excellent marketing and promotion skills
·        
Very strong analytical and report writing skills
·        
Excellent interpersonal skills
·        
Good communication skills
