Job Summary: The Epicenter Program Officer will be tasked with the
day-to-day implementation of gender focused community led development programs
in Food Production and Food security, income generating projects, water,
sanitation and environment awareness, Vision Commitment and Action (VCA),
HIV/AIDS and Gender equality, Functional Adult Literacy (FAL) and early
childhood development, women empowerment and microfinance in the districts of
Mpigi, Butambala and Wakiso.




Qualifications, Skills and
Experience: 
·        
The applicant must hold a University Degree in
Social Work and Social Administration, Development Studies or Agriculture
·        
A minimum of three years’ experience in managing
development projects in non for profit organization targeting rural farmers,
marginalized groups
·        
Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills.
·        
Computer literacy skills
·        
Highly self-motivated with ability to work under
minimal supervision
