now seeks to recruit on behalf of its valued Client in the Agricultural
Key Duties and
Participate in implementation of staff training and development
programs :
  • Take part in induction programs for new
    staff, solicit approval
  • Maintain an annual staff training and
    development calendar in line with the Company’s HR Policy
Under the guidance of HR Manager carry out Performance Management
  • Initiate the performance appraisal process
    as per the performance management cycle
  • Track, follow up and report on the
    completion of staff appraisals in line with the appraisal process/ policy
  • Extract and compile key performance and
    staff development issues from appraisal forms
Implement the company’s recruitment and selection processes in line
with the Human Resource manual:
  • The incumbent will also receive, code and
    file applications
  • Draft short-listing criteria and list
    applicants ranked against the selection criteria and share with relevant
    user unit heads for review
  • Draft invitation letters, schedule
    interviews, notify prospective candidates and organize interview venues/
  • Develop and maintain a record of all
    recruitment processes
  • Provide feedback to candidates

Maintain and update a comprehensive filing system and the Company’s
Human Resource Information system:

Qualifications, Skills and
  • The Human Resource Assistant  must hold a Bachelor’s degree in a
    relevant field
  • The applicant must be fluent in spoken
  • At least two to three years of related
