as a secret shopper or an ‘undercover shopper’. With increasing competition in
different sectors, customer retention becomes significantly important. Mystery
shopping aims to measure tangible and intangible elements of customer
experiences. The tangible elements include services or items
delivery-as-promised. The intangible/soft customer experiences cannot be
ignored and it is these elements that keep most clients coming back. These not
so obvious experiences are;

Customer Experience at your premises vs the
experience at competitors
Loyalty and trust generated from the experience
How important they felt as customers and as
individuals
Shopper will be tasked with visiting Hotels, Retailers, Restaurants,
Franchisors, Convenience stores and Gas Stations to measure the quality of
goods and services but also customer experience. The incumbent should be
willing to volunteer for at least 30-45 minutes to complete the job and you
don’t need to leave your workplace.
Experience:
The applicants should preferably be Ugandans
residing in Kampala with a keen eye for analyzing the service provided by
various commercial outlets: restaurants, clothing or shoe shops, jewellers
boutiques, Professional Test Centers etc.
Strong taste and good understanding of latest
trends in Fashion, Hotels, Retailers, Restaurants, Franchisors, Convenience
stores and Gas Stations, etc.
Keen attention to detail
High analytical skills
Penchant for shopping
Proficient in both spoken and written English
Age: Above 18 years old
