Handling Services (ENHAS)

1996. Along the years, our clientele has grown from 5 Airlines to 19 regular
scheduled Airlines, and many more special flights. To develop quality services,
ENHAS have organized to be certified by IATA Airport Handling Manual 804 where
we enter into Service Level Agreements, ISAGO (IATA safety Audit for Ground
Operations) which acts as a model for operational risk and safety management,
DGR (Dangerous Goods Regulations) training centre thus we offer training for dangerous
goods and, very recently by RA3 to screen cargo only from validated entities as
required by EU regulations.
Administrator will support the IT Manager in planning, implementation and
maintenance of effective information technology systems in accordance with
company objectives and core business requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Manage access to electronic information by
implementing different system access levels according to the ENHAS’s
company policies. - Manage the allocation of storage space on
the file server for users. - The incumbent will also manage backup of
all company electronic information. - Manage various systems in the company like
Email, HR & Payroll system, Finance system etc. - The Systems Administrator will also
maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT
hardware and software resources. - Carry out preventive maintenance of the
company’s server farm. - Troubleshoot and repair the company’s
X-ray Inspection Systems. - Manage the company’s Mobile Asset Tracking
system. - Offer technical support for the company’s
CCTV installations. - Provide training, technical guidance and
direction to both users and management. - Perform on-site and remote technical
support to all ENHAS users, including responding to emergency on-call
requests when the need arises. - Maintain technical documentation of the IT
Infrastructure. - Perform any other duties as may be
assigned by the IT Manager.
Experience:
- The applicant for the ENHAS Systems
Administrator job must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer
Science or Information Technology; - A minimum of three years’ experience in
Systems Administration; - Knowledge of operating systems, current
technologies in use, backup and recovery procedures and system performance
monitoring tools. - Excellent organizational, communication
and analytic skills. - Experience in a supervisory role an added
advantage. - High degree of integrity and ethics is a
must.
