based in Atlanta, an Operational Headquarters based in Americus, Georgia, and

Job Summary: The Intern-Data
Collection and Analysis will collect, compile, analyze data and produce
reliable information for the Municipal Development Forum.

- Tasked with data collection
- Accurate, clear and thorough statistical
analysis with the most appropriate methodology and data presentation - Coordinate database management
- Work closely with the municipal leaders to
identify housing analytical requirements - Ensure that all activities under your
responsibility are properly documented
Qualifications, Skills and
Experience:
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Intern job
must hold a Degree in any of these disciplines i.e. economics, statistics, Urban planning or
any related field - Above average ability to gather data and
perform market analysis - Proficiency with statistics software is a
plus - Highly organised
- Keen attention to detail
- Good Computer skills in Microsoft word,
excel and point power - Ability to work effectively independently
or in a team environment. - Good analytical and problem solving
skills; - Excellent interpersonal skills;
demonstrating diplomacy and tact. - Knowledge of the local languages is
desired
