Responsibilities:
- Ensure client satisfaction
- Support on a daily with the reduction on
the %age of unassigned tickets Vs the overall open tickets to a target of
less than 10% - Service Officer weekly productivity
reporting with reasons for under-performance, and plans for improvement Service
Officer cumulative productivity reporting for each quarter - Prepare the product movement forms timely
for signing & ensure the components are moved as per the movement
process & the reverse logistics file is shared on a weekly. - Normal review and check of Logistics
deliveries Setting/reviewing of criticality of service tickets based on
severity and time. - Prepare the bi-weekly facilitation for the
service Team & will be verified by the Line Manager before payment. - Monthly Carespection score for Service
Officers
Experience:
- The applicant must hold a Degree or
diploma in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent. - Computer literacy skills i.e. Word &
Excel. - Ability to mentor & coach the Team to
attain results. - Motivate the team to meet the KPIs.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Good communication & reporting skills.
- Team player / People Management skills.
- Problem solving and analytical skills.
- High motivated and passionate about work.
