community better merged with a multi conglomerate company in Mauritius called
IBL Ltd. In 2015, IBL Ltd took over Freshcuts.
Responsibilities:
- Meet sales targets of the organization
through effective planning and budgeting. - Tasked with designing and implementing a
strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its
strong presence. - Managing, recruiting objective setting,
coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives. - Maintain inventory control and ensure
there are no stock outs or too much stocking of products. - Track, collate and interpret sales figures
and generate monthly sales reports for management decision making. - Work closely with other company functions
to ensure achievement of sales objectives.
Experience:
- The applicant for the FreshCuts Sales
Manager job placement must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and
Marketing, or Business-related field. - Extensive knowledge of the Market, Restaurant
and distribution chain - At least three years’ experience in an FMCG
sector and proven experience in CRM. - Computer literacy i.e. proficient in MS Excel
and Word - Excellent analytical reporting skills.
- Flexibility and willingness to work odd
hours - Team leader and builder with ability to
coach - Goal achiever, self-starter and quick to
learn. - Good marketing and negotiation skills
- Excellent selling skills.

- Fluency in English and other local
