Executive will support Zoe Recruitment which predominantly offers recruitment
and Training products and services. Through this service offering our purpose
is to provide:

either through correct placement and career planning or our bespoke training - Improved productivity for the clients we
serve by supporting them to hire the right candidates and skills
development through our bespoke training modules
target market quicker, sell our products and services with the goal of
attaining our purpose.
Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute the overall sales
strategy to maximize market penetration in order to achieve sales targets. - Develop, organize, and integrate
techniques and initiatives to acquire new customers and expand business
with existing customers - The incumbent will identify new
opportunities, markets, and customers that would be best suited for the
company’s products and services - Represent the organization at trade
exhibitions, events, and demonstrations - Drive and maintain complete records of all
sales related activities and submit all required sales reports, expenses,
weekly schedules and activity reports in an accurate and timely manner. - Maintain a strong pipeline list of
relevant opportunities - Send monthly forecasts, updates,
revisions, and modifications to the sales plan, prospects list, and
pipeline - Ensure the highest levels of client
satisfaction and quality service - Act as the focal point for marketplace and
competitive intelligence - Negotiate the terms of an agreement and
closes sales - Initiate and manage bidding process for
jobs - The Sales and Marketing Executive will
work closely with the Zoe recruitment consultants on progress of jobs,
keeping client informed
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Sales and Marketing
Executive job placement at Zoe Recruitment must hold a University Degree - A minimum of three years of Sales
experience - Ability to work in a fast-paced,
high-energy environment - Computer savvy in Microsoft Office
applications and other standard software related to sales and marketing - Experience in generating and managing
significant growth - High level of intelligence, integrity,
energy and resourcefulness - Excellent written and verbal communication
skills - Able to work as a team
- Age: Between 28 – 35 years
Commissions based with a monthly retainer and all taxable.
