organization and is supported by CBM (Christian Blind Mission). CoRSU
Rehabilitation Hospital and Rehabilitation Centre on Entebbe Road provides
Orthopaedic Surgery, Plastic Surgery and Rehabilitation, mainly for children
with disability.
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer will support the project in
the development of M&E systems, capacity building of program staff,
volunteers and stakeholders in project monitoring and consolidation,
documentation and reporting relating to the all programmes within CoRSU
Rehabilitation Hospital.
Experience:
- The ideal candidate for the Monitoring,
Evaluation and Learning Officer job must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in
Statistics, Quantitative Economics, Development Studies or Social work and
Social Administration. - Added training in M&E; project
planning and management is desirable. - A minimum of three years of demonstrated
experience in participatory, community-driven facilitation skills and
experience in data management. - Previous experience in working in the
NGO/Not-for-Profit sector with proven track record of Monitoring and
Evaluating programs. - Good analytical, technical and
communication skills.
